Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will issue you with a refund. Please note in order to be eligible, we require an email within 48 hours with proof that the item is not in perfect condition. We will email the procedure after approval, and the refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days as the time for the money to clear may vary depending on the bank. 

Please note, refunds will not be issued if you change your mind or purchase the wrong size so ensure that you have read the product descriptions and size guide beforehand.  

Returns

Firstly, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After the item has been received, we will reimburse buyer with a store credit. After receiving the store credit, the buyer can use this to purchase from our online store. Please note, store credit will not have an expiry date and will deduct shipping costs that were payed by the buyer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping the returned item back to the sender's address will be at the buyers expense. 

Please note that our handmade paw balm and rope toys are non-returnable.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges, however the item must be in the original condition. We are not responsible for covering any postage or shipping costs. We only replace items if they are defective/damaged prior to wear. Please double check the size guide of each product (listed in the product description/gallery). Sale items 
Sale items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. All sale items are final so please choose your items carefully. Sale items will only be refunded if the product is faulty.

Gift Card/Voucher 
Our gift cards/vouchers are unfortunately non-refundable. Vouchers will not have an expiry date.
