Shipping policy
Poochie & Co. uses Australia Post as our shipping courier. Delivery will depend upon location. Orders will be posted 1-2 business days after purchasing. Please allow 1-4 business days during busy periods or sales.
Please note that our Poochie & Co. HQ is located in rural NSW therefore may impose varying delivery dates. Once orders are lodged with the courier, it is under their responsibility if parcels are lost, damaged or left unattended without permission.
Domestic shipping within Australia
For all orders within Australia, standard shipping is at a flat rate of $8.95. The option for express shipping is also available at a flat rate of $11.95. Please note, Poochie & Co. is not responsible for delays in shipping, errors in address or missing products after the order has been lodged with Australia Post.

International Shipping
Poochie & Co. cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please note the charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you refuse to pay the customs fees that are charged, the order will be returned to our HQ however any fees that are applicable for the return of the parcel to us will be deducted from the refund of your order (initial shipping fees are non-refundable).
Please be advised that COVID-19 may impose shipping delays to your country. Once the order has been lodged with the courier, Australia Post, the parcel is under their responsibility. We are not responsible for any missing parcels or delays. By purchasing, you agree with knowing the possible delays, taxes and duties that may be involved with your order. A tracking number will be provided so please check for shipping updates. Please note, all prices of products and shipping are in AUD.
All international parcels will be standard shipping and arrival times will depend on location. Please check the estimated arrival to your country via the Australia Post website. Please allow 7-20 business days for arrival.
